Plan your Own Valentine’s Day Kids Party

Impress your friends and throw a last minute Valentine’s Day Kids Party.  You will have so much fun preparing tasty treats for your friends and family as well as creating some really exiting Valentine’s Day Gifts. All you need to do is invite your friends over and let the fun begin.

Plan your Own Valentine’s Day Kids Party

Here are some simple ideas:

1. Bake cupcakes and decorate them with heart shape candy or sprinkles (make sure to use red and pink)
2. Prepare a fruit salad
3. Place some jelly beans (red, pink and white in a heart shape bowl)
4. Pink lemonade
5. Valentine’s Day Gift Bucket – See video  you can substitute the teddy bear with the bath bombs.

What you will need:

Cupcakes

1 Box of ready mix cake mix – follow instructions on the box to bake the cupcakes

2 Decorative cupcake holders and candy sprinkles or heart shape candy to decorate cupcakes

3 Cake icing or make your own icing all you need is 8 onz cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup of icing sugar. Mix together gently with a hand mixer until well mixed then mix at higher speed for about 3 minutes.   Spread over cupcakes with a flat knife and decorate.

Fruit Salad:

1 Melon bowler and small heart shape cookie cutter

2 Honey dew melon, cantaloupe, watermelon and grapes red or green

3 Cut melon and cantaloupe in half remove seeds and start cutting bowls out with the melon bowler

4 Slice watermelon and use a heart shape cookie cutter and cut heart shape watermelon pieces

5 Combine all fruits together in a bowl for a healthy snack

Decorations: 

Valentine’s Day theme table cloth, paper plates and napkins.

You can find most decorations at a party supply store or Walmart.
